So who the heck am I?
My name is James Gralian. I’ve been a sound tech since I was fifteen, and always had a love of radio. I have been on tour with Broadway musicals, worked rock and roll, all sorts of theater – small and large – and spent a few years at a few radio stations in Denver / Boulder, CO. I was more on the technical side of things, building studios, remote broadcasts, fixing gear, and everything short of working on the transmitters.
I started my podcast, The Rink, in 2008, and wanted to make it as high quality as possible. I started a small podcast discussion site called Podcasters Unite, but it didn’t go far.
I want podcasting to become a better and bigger medium, and for podcasters to make better sounding shows that they are proud of. In turn, I get to listen to better shows, and will learn plenty along the way. Basically, everyone wins.
Come along for the ride. We can only grow together.
